These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Papanme.in

By accessing The Papanme website, products, and services. we assume that you accept all the terms of services listed below in the terms and conditions. 

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice, and all Agreements: “Consumer”, “You”, and “Your” refers to you, the person who logs on this website and is compliant with the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the consumer and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our help to the consumer in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the consumer’s needs in respect of the provision of the company’s stated services, under and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and thus as referring to the same.

Return Policy:

Returns are accepted within 14 days.

The return will be processed in 7 – 14 days.

If the product is defective from the parcel, it will be replaced.

To be eligible for the return process, the item must be unopened, undamaged, and placed in the same package as the invoice and all tags.

All returns are verified at our warehouse for the confirmation process.

In case of size issues or wrong product selection from customers, return orders will collect shipping, service charge, and miscellaneous charge from customers. (Check the size guide before placing any order.)

Refund Policy:

After the verification process, the refund will be initialized from Papanme.

The refund takes 7 – 14 business days, it will be reflected in their bank account.

The refund for digital payments like credit/debit card, UPI transactions, Net banking, etc… are reflected in their source account. 

For the refund for cash on delivery orders, customers must mail their particular Bank details to Papanme.

At The Papanme, accessible from Papanme.com, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that are collected and recorded by The Papanme and how we use it. If you have more queries or need more information about our Privacy Policy, do not hesitate to contact us at ………… This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in The Papanme. This policy is not applicable other than our website.

Shipping policy:

Free shipping around India.

We will take care of all duties and charges that ensure your package reaches you precisely.

The shipping will dispatch after 24 hours of an order.

The delivery time for the order varies between 7 – 14 days, But it may vary depending on sudden unexpected circumstances.

Once the order is dispatched can’t cancel it. In case of a faulty product, it will replace within 7 – 14 days.

In case of size issues, return orders will collect shipping, service charge, and miscellaneous charge from customers. (Check the size guide before placing any order).

Please pay more attention to your order address which MUST MATCH your shipping address.

Items will be shipped within 3 business days after payment.

Please check items when delivered, if damaged, please kindly accept it and contact us immediately.  We will make a confirmation and resend you a new one.
